Northern Mark is a young architecture studio with a tremendous passion for houses and home design. We work on all scales of new build homes, extensions, conversions and renovations.

Bharat Tripathi

Established in 2020, Northern Mark is a product of Bharat’s belief that everyone deserves access to the best design, and the highest quality homes, whether its a new build opportunity, or small home renovation.
With a decade of experience, Bharat has designed and delivered housing projects of all types, sizes, locations and budgets! Starting his career at a small practice in Lancashire, he worked on a number of one-off bespoke houses (with one such project featuring on Channel 4’s Grand Designs), before moving to a larger practice, to design a number of apartments schemes, including a multi-million pound development in heart of Liverpool City Centre.
After 4 years of working in Manchester, Bharat created Northern Mark with the desire to once again work with private clients, on bespoke new builds homes, extensions, barn conversions and home improvement projects.
The ambition is simple - to make better homes, with more craft, no matter what the budget may be.
